His background as a Computer engineer gives him a valuable balance of technical skill and creativity, which helps to shape Mileage Plus Lubricants in a long run. Junaid leadership and dedication in developing a marketplace for Mileage Plus DEF have been a big part of making Mileage Plus Lubricants what it is today.His responsibilities have included creating business opportunities In India and globally, managing Corporate Development, leading the product development team and serving as the company’s first head of Marketplace Integrity and creating Mileage Plus DEF a global product. Prior starting Mileage Plus Lubricants, Junaid was an entrepreneur with successful track record of establishing retail businesses in India and abroad. Junaid began his career by creating an online platform for foodstuff in Saudi Arabia and made it a big success. Junaid has also worked as a consultant for many start-up firms in India and have been working in developing marketplace for many retail businesses. He has also started a company named TGCEIPT, a network of TransGlobal skill training centres that attempts to bridge this widening gap between those who have access to opportunities and those who are increasingly being marginalized from the ‘new economy’ jobs. TGCEIPT addresses this endemic problem with a market-based approach that is sensitive to the socio-economic needs of marginalized youth in the 18-35 years age group. TGCEIPT is an example of synchronous social action of various stakeholders, which is aimed at mainstreaming and ensuring economic security for youth who could be victimized by poverty to enable them to gain a foothold in the competitive job market.
